Ordered a pair of trainers on 25/05 was told 3-5 days
Spoke to customer service today, the lady couldn’t have been ruder.
Still no idea on a delivery date.
I tried to explain what I was told and she just talked over me.
I asked for a refund and she said yes.
I asked if she wanted my card details and she immediately ranted about GDP and she would have them in the background
She quickly put the phone down.
Will add a lady Vicki at Ilkeston Pavers is very helpful, but she is reliant on despatch
