Bought a pair of boots from a Paver subsidiary, Jones Bootmaker.
After an hour or so in light to moderate rain, the boots which I had had for a week, were soaked.
I went to Jones Bootmaker to complain and return the substandard product. I was told by the staff and the customer advice people that the boots had not been sold as waterproof. They weren’t even water resistant. I complained that the sodden boots were not fit for purpose-all to no avail.
Pavers and Jones and staff are terrible.
