Disappointing yet again. . This company needs to get its act together !
For the second time Pavers have not followed the Trade description act 1968. They show pictures of shoes then send ones that are different to the pictures on the website. They first did this in March 2019 then again in May 2020. They are not learning and it puts me off ordering from them. It is particularly difficult under lockdown to send them back and no refund until they are returned. In both cases I ordered a black sole and they sent beige.
