Very 'customer aware' service in the Pavers Shop at Clacton-on-sea.
Having checked the shelves and been unable to find the slippers I was searching for, the assistant who came over and asked if she could help in any way, went directly to the shelves and identified the slipper in the size I required. Not only was she pro-active in being aware that I might need help, she was also very knowledgeable about the stock.
Very impressed.
