After 4 year as a loyal costumer I went for first time to costumer service desk to ask for assistance regarding the Baby Swim nappies . The lady behind the desk couldn’t help me and asked for assistance from her supervisor . I expected again what I need and asked her if she can try to help me to find them in baby section but her answer was: “ SORRY MY CHILDS GROW UP LONG TIME AGO” and she continued to work something else behind the desk. This happens on Sunday 23rd May afternoon. Very bed costumer service!!
