“Went to Pavi with the Cbrs vouchers to pay my bill, had around €200 vouchers. First of all there pos system is disastrously slow, when i paid my shopping with vouchers which are spouse to be a replacement of cash money, pavi gives you no points, or the water offered as usually with your shopping. The excuse from the receptionist was that the points are already given when buying the beverages product. But our family only buy food , cleaning liquids and others and not drinking products from pavi. The only drinking products getting from pavi is the water offer by buying from there, and they charge the 10c bcrs on each bottle.
Why cant i buy with my vouchers( which are valid as cash) and get my points and water as it should be.
Vouchers from CBRS should be valued as cash.
My family has been buying from Pavi since day 1. We are disappointed on this and we are considering buying from were else if this problem is not solved.”
“After 4 year as a loyal costumer I went for first time to costumer service desk to ask for assistance regarding the Baby Swim nappies . The lady behind the desk couldn’t help me and asked for assistance from her supervisor . I expected again what I need and asked her if she can try to help me to find them in baby section but her answer was: “ SORRY MY CHILDS GROW UP LONG TIME AGO” and she continued to work something else behind the desk. This happens on Sunday 23rd May afternoon. Very bed costumer service!!”
