The website is easy to navigate and i took the insurance cover suitable for us ie a few days away in Ireland. I have read the adverse reviews on trying to make a claim but i cannot judge this aspect as no claim attempt made and hopefully won't be required. However, i think it depends on where you ar going ie if long-haul, a more comprehensive and expensive insurance package would probably be better.
