Efficient and pleasant agents and no delay in getting thru quickly on their phone line. Also quoted premium very competitive. Only gripe is that on a renewal I was taken through the same procedure as when I in initiated the policy instead of being asked to confirm no different health issues or any other material change of circumstances.
