After finally getting through to PTM I was quoted £143 for one weeks travel insurance for a couple to go to Morocco by a lady with PTM. who, I assume was sitting in a Indian call centre judging by the annoying background chatter,
After declining this quote I went online & got insured for £62 with …. PTM !
I think this lady just thought of a figure to give me !
Very disappointed in the initial quote.
