I rang customer service the day after buying my insurance to discuss a condition that the previous day had been excluded and also mentioned an illness from a previous holiday that is not a pre existing condition as usual when dealing with customer services I found operator unhelpful and quite frankly obstructive so I cancelled my policy (I was within cooling off period) and went elsewhere where my questions were answered and consequently bought a policy with them.
