I thought the booking process for travel insurance was really good, price excellent and was really pleased until I received the policy. I clicked Yes to a question about waiting for an investigation (routine investigation nothing serious) and a warning said we are unable to provide cover and then let me continue?? Told it was a glitch in the system and confirmed you cannot insure me. Refund came through quickly but I’m very disappointed and it appears one size fits all
