The gentleman who served me was very good and patient with me. When I realised I had put in one number wrong with in moments of finalised I was a little dismayed to be charged a further cost, I made the call almost instantly so was a little put out by the extra charge. If I had noticed days after I had completed I would have understood but a few minutes I that that a little harsh.
