I did not receive my documents and had to ring company for them. There was a crucial mistake in my previous medical conditions I had declared. Box declared No when it should've said Yes! Error admitted by company, but I decided to cancel under 14 day cool off as had no faith in them now.
That wasnt straightforward either!
