The cost is good but when it comes to a claim not so good. I lost my purse/wallet in Dubai and I made a claim because I had cash and Dirhams in the wallet. Plus my wallet was expensive to replace. Which I couldn’t because I didn’t get what I needed they kept asking for proof of the over 600 dirhams I had. Which I eventually found and sent and I heard nothing back. I have this policy until Feb next year. I hope I don’t have damage or loss of anything. I also did NOT claim for the flight cancellation I had due to fire at Heathrow. and had to pay for another flight over £1000 to get home. So I’m not happy. I wouldn’t recommend.
