Can booked in for Tuesday night service etc due to being a fleet working van and now Sunday still not got back!!
My engineer called in and was told they haven’t got enough staff!!!
They had instructions to call my office if there was a problem....nothing!!
Tried calling for answers but impossible to get through as nobody answers!!!
Complete joke!!!!
Wouldn’t even give them 1 star but site won’t allow!
I know it’s trying times and I get that but a phone call would have helped!!!
