Paypal seem to enjoy protecting scammers and ripping off their own customers.
bought something from a UK company in the UK, item was shipped from a UK address but was not what i ordered.
Paypal say it was a Chinese company and they are in china, sent all the evidence to them screen shots websites and shipping lable but they do not care, no refund and case closed, Who is the bigger scammer, the chinese company or Paypal
