"The reports are soooooo bad they are like trying to put a scrambled egg back together. There is no rhyme or reason, just a mess of numbers and words that is supposed to have my sales figures for the last 3 months. “Would give zero stars if I could. 7 days trying to get payment issues resolved, and they keep telling me it's the bank or vendors fault. I have gone in circles 3 times. It is not the bank, and has been blocked with multiple vendors. All you get is wait "x" hours and try again/pay outside of paypal. So far in a week I have waited 72 hours, 48 hours, and currently on 24 hours before they will "escalate" it to someone to fix it. Scripted repetitive answers and restarted chats daily. 👎”

“i paid throug Paypal on the site eleganza-milano (awful site) , i never received the package. i have opened the reclamation in paypal to be refunded adding all info also from the shipper sayign that they did not know to who was delivered the package. But still Paypal closed the case in favor of the seller. I called and the rep Miguel was saying that i was lying !!! I asked him if he could fine any prove that the product was delivered and he could not but still saying the product was delivered. PAYPAL as it is now is completely useless and not to be used”

But, PayPal will not sever it's relationship with this fraudulent vendor even after I advised them that I had emails from Nordstrom stating that this vendor is not associated with Nordstrom and that Nordstrom does not ship anything directly from China. “Stay clear as this has been the biggest nightmare of my life. They trick you into investing with all their lies and tactics. They are not a real company and have no address as the FCA warned me they are a scam. I tried to close my account and withdraw when I had over €445k but they continued to make excuses not to give me my money. The platform is fake your money does not go in the market they steal your money through opening a cointandem account and buy bitcoins with your money into different bitcoin wallet addresses. The company credit is fake, the bank details are not theirs it’s cointandems. They knew I had a daughter and I was unwell and they continued to gaslight me. “Tried to send money to someone on Paypal but it said I needed to verify me. So I rang up for a 20 minute phone call. The customer service person tried a few things, whilst on the phone he had me attempt to make payment 8 times. Every time it failed. After 20 minutes, the staff members solution was "use something other than Paypal to send the money". Amazing.”

“PayPal paid a seller a higher price without my permission, consent, or knowledge at the sellers request. And refused to address the issue, only to tell me the seller can authorize price unilaterally negotiating with PayPal to charge more than the original ordered price. And I the purchaser has to pay any price despite the fact I never was contacted or consented any price increase”

“Actual joke of a company, i made a payment with a gbp card, for a gbp item, and they charged me in usd and therefore the currency fees. They do this all the time for some reason but it used to be pennies so i didnt mind. However i went into settings to try and change it, but still for the item i just bought they did the same thing again. Cowboy company who do this to make money. I called them up and they had the cheek to blame ebay, and then my bank. When i sent them proof, they ignored it. No point speaking to them either. Never using them again.”
