“I would give 0 if I could. Paypal took the full balance from my account (almost $1,000.00) to give to a company involved in a scam, with no evidence of proof and blocked me from resolution automatically with no recourse to appeal. I will never trust them with my money again. BEWARE!!!!”

“I had my Revolut card linked that I have been using with no problems up until August 2025. PayPal screwed up something on their system and changed the currency to USD without letting me know. When I paid in October, suddenly they charged the payment in USD with a horrendous 5% charges. Disgraceful! I complained and the customer service rep said, there is nothing they can do and no refund can be given. I delinked all my payments and closed the account. No apology, no proper explanation why they changed the currency without my authorisation. Terrible service, never go back.”

“I had an absolutely horrible experience with PayPal. I run a handyman company and sometimes accept payments through invoices connected to PayPal. A customer paid me, and three months later PayPal suddenly took $500 back, claiming the customer disputed the transaction. I provided every proof and screenshot showing the customer paid, was happy with our work, and that this was a clear scam. PayPal’s response? They don’t care. “The customer is always right.” This is absurd. We did the job, we purchased the materials, and got scammed — and PayPal sided with the scammer. I’ve deleted this awful service. PayPal is a horrible organization.”
