"The reports are soooooo bad they are like trying to put a scrambled egg back together. There is no rhyme or reason, just a mess of numbers and words that is supposed to have my sales figures for the last 3 months. “I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. A few weeks later I got a mail from them requesting that i should invest more money if I want to withdraw my money which i rejected, and I never heard from them again that was when I knew I’m about being screwed. i was really devastated at those moment and felt so bad that my hard earned money was gone. “Paypal processes invoices from truthfinder.com, which fraudulently scams multiple monthly payments from victims without any prior communication. Paypal helps enable this scam and refuses to help victims recover their money. I'd give Paypal negative stars if it was possible.”

“PayPal has been getting worse and worse every day and now you have commercials with an idiot named Will Ferrell. I have stopped using PayPal and never will again. This is a typical company that started out great and is now an insult to the human race. “I decided to invest in Bitcoin. I applied to a ad on Facebook and was approached by different companies offering their services, I chose Investing and started with the minimum amount. It seemed to be growing steadily and one day I was contacted by A Richard Forbes who wanted to know if I would like to withdraw money from my account. e saidI couls withdraw 20,000.00US but I would have to show that I was liquid. I only had 15,000.00 in my bank and I sent them some which he said would go right back into my bank along with the 20,000.00US This went on for three weeks. He had more excuses why I couldn"t get my money, Finally I received 6000.00+ into my account and they withdrew 600.00 which was all I had left from my original 15,000.00 the rest had been withdrawn by them. I was told not to worry and they were just waiting for the money to go through. Well I didn't have to wait long the 60,000.00 disappeared I never received a penny of my 15,000.00 back and I was left with 10.91 in my bank. I had bills due and no money to pay them with. I am 73 and live on a Government pension of 5,340.00 a month it had taken me forever to save that much money only to be scammed. My advice is do not believe anything you read on company web sites. Do not let anyone into your banking information. If you were scammed change your bank card and log in and pin numbers, Do not deal with Investing as they are not what they claim to be they are scammers. AVOID AVOID!!!!!! However, I've received a REFUND a few days ago after contacting (E V I D E N T L T D ) for assistance.”

“I paid a small Roofing Company through PayPal and they kept this man's money so he couldn't pay his workers. They have been saying their reviewing the incident and it's now going on 3 weeks. The 2 payments cleared on my credit card but paypal decided to hold his last payment. Please beware of sending money through this company when doing big jobs.”

“Paypal is definitely protecting scammers. I had two transactions recently that I sought a refund on. Both times the seller turned out to be a Chinese scammer. I submitted all the evidence to Paypal, including pre-existing reports to Scamwatch and police. They didn't even bother to read my complaint, let alone look at any of the attachments I sent. I pushed things further, providing more evidence not just of how I'd been scammed, but also how this particular seller was operating dozens of fraudulent businesses in Australia. Paypal ignored that too. They've also refused refunds on faulty goods, goods that were nothing like what I ordered, and goods that never arrived. Paypal definitely don't protect the customer and actually make it deliberately hard to seek a refund. On top of that, they charge an extra 10c in every dollar on top of the current exchange rate from AUD to USD (and other currencies). That's not fees and charges which are additional, but them deciding what the exchange rate is and setting it 10c higher than the actual exchange rate, and then they prevent you from having the currency exchange handled by your bank or another institution. Paypal collects that extra money. And then there's their policy of holding on to your money (when you've been paid) so you can't access it, sometimes for weeks. Their customer service is non-existent and I'm doubtful that any complaint is handled by anything other than a bot issuing form-responses. So as well as not standing by their own, much-advertised customer protection policy, they actively support scammers and are themselves defrauding customers. Maybe it's time all the disgruntled customers got together and started a class action against Paypal?”
