The worst thing about PayPal is the customer service. They don't read your questions and keep replying with irrelevant answers which is a total waste of time. It has happened to us for the 2nd time and I wish we can get rid of it! but a platform we use only accepts PayPal so ... If you don't have to use PayPal, DONT!
