PAYPAL I have two disputes for over 5 months they will not help me! They said items deliverer when I was out of town for my Fathers Funeral! They will not help. I am NOT happy. Everyone has been rude and hangs up on me they just close out Dispute. They should be making claims with shipper if they say they delivered it TOTAL SCAM!
