Their process 1) freeze your account
2) you waste hours trying to figure out why your account doesn't integrate
3) you contact them and you are logged out repeatedly as they take so long to respond
4) they ask for information which you submit every year and say this is why they froze your account, with no advance warning or requests.
5) They do nothing to fix it
DOn't use them it's not worth it
