Tried to set up a new business account and the sign up page didn't work. I had a PayPal business account but couldn't access it due to change of number due to loss of phone.
I went to get help and they are completely useless and no instruction taken from the CEO of PayPal which I know would have given instruction of the issue to be rectified by his team.Yet, their staff accuse you of being trying to be fraudulent when you can't access any account. I have made sure that my treatment of PayPal has arrived at the attention of MP's for Business as this is just ridiculous behaviour and treatment.
