Tried to send money to someone on Paypal but it said I needed to verify me. So I rang up for a 20 minute phone call. The customer service person tried a few things, whilst on the phone he had me attempt to make payment 8 times. Every time it failed.
After 20 minutes, the staff members solution was "use something other than Paypal to send the money". Amazing.
