We are disappointed to see that reserves are still being applied to our account due to three disputes in July and August, which is relatively low, especially considering all disputes were resolved in our favor. We have maintained a long-standing relationship with PayPal (10 years) and it is disheartening to feel that business customers like us are not being supported as effectively as consumers. Payal team members are also extremely unsupportive and confrontational, where one described myself as having ‘Mental Health’ issues, for simply being upset, regarding the lack of support. I still have not received this recording, which has been requested on multiple occasions from Paypal. Despite numerous calls and messages, these reserves continue to be applied, and the associated fees remain higher than other payment providers. We have also found that consumers are also not using Paypal as much and tend to prefer paying by debit./credit card. Unfortunately, given the ongoing reserves, high transaction premiums and charges, and lack of access to general support, we have made the decision to remove PayPal as a payment option for our customers.
