Been using for years ,mostly because you have no choice through eBay , they ,like eBay, have got really greedy with their fees now. However mostly it’s a useful thing to have. But
I recently had my card misused without permission by a company, reported to bank who then reported it to PayPal as my card was on there, fair enough. Except PayPal froze my account until I can confirm my card. So I add my new card. But no, they want me to confirm a card that is now inactive and cancelled.so I try. But it obviously won’t let me. Can they help? No. Bloody useless 😒
