I've used PayTrust since their inception in the early 2000's. I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with them. It is a convenient service and at the end of the year I can create reports for each account or for all accounts for a year end total. If you are having a problem since Quicken stepped in may Quicken needs to step up their game.
