Paytrust just changed their format to the most user unfriendly format I have ever seen. Yes seen. I am a former bill payment executive. I would have fired someone who came to me with this inflexible format for our consumer clients.
On top of it, I had to call them to register my dissatisfaction as their website would not accept an email!
