I loved Paytrust and have used it for over 20 years. I was never that organized and often had overdue bills just because i had misplaced or forgotten about them. All that changed with Paytrust and have not had a late bill since I started with the service. Two weeks ago I would have given them 5 stars. The interface was getting stale, but did everything I needed. The new update is unusable for so many reasons I cannot put them all in here. Some of the problems have already been captured by the reviews below, but there are other issues as well. I truly hope that Paytrust will abandon the new platform and back rev to the old until they can present a better update or I will be forced to abandon what has been one of my favorite Internet services for decades.
