Goodbye, Paytrust. I have been a customer since it was PayMyBills.com, over 20 years. I was their best salesman, convincing several of my friends and colleagues to use it as well. Last week, they came out with a software change that makes it completely incomprehensible. Before, it was very easy and intuitive. Now, it's impossible to find the things that you want to do. Someone decided that they wanted to make it more modern, I guess, but they have just made it difficult to use. So long Paytrust. Now working on selecting which competitor I should go visit.
