If I could, I would choose ‘0’ star rating. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have patiently waited for the rollout of this new release hoping that it was being improved and would get better. This is the worst program. Not intuitive, some functions seem to have disappeared. And old payees which I deleted to ‘clean up’ my account have been added back. Trying to pay bills and manage my payees and records is suddenly stressful! In the middle of paying bills, the system freezes and I have to start over. Bring back the original version!
