Recent "upgrade" is the most horrible redesign I have ever seen in a piece of software. It is almost unusable now. They are going to lose all of their customers because of this. Scrolling down, it looks like this is a unanimous opinion. I'm incredulous that someone could truly think that this redesign was an improvement. Awful, just awful.
