I have been using PayTrust since 2000 and watched it get worse and worse over the years. The final straw is their "new" user interface. It is nothing short of a Cluster****!!
What a disaster!! Ever since Intuit acquired PayTrust, it seems like they are hell bent on destroying it!! And their customer service is HORRIBLE!
