I am discontinuing the service after 15 years, and echoing many of the comments below.
Paytrust would not change my funding account after the previous one had been frozen due to fraud, and would not give a reason why. It then sent my account to collections without ever giving me an opportunity to pay. Their customer service is incompetent.
I will never use them again, and neither should you
