DO NOT use this company! After 19 years as a customer, Paytrust shut down my account because when they tried to process their monthly fee of $10.95 for some inexplicable reason it didn't go through; there was plenty of money in the account! After spending an hour on the phones with their freaking retarded Philipino customer lack of service people, I was told that I needed to send in a physical check to a PO Box in order to unlock my account. That process will take up to 5 days to open the account once they receive their payment. Now a multitude of my bills that are on auto-pay and electronic delivery to these morons will not get paid! So now I am royally F**KED and unable to contact a person in the USA. Paytrust is now owned by a giant corporate conglomerate FSI services and operates under Metavante Payment Services, LLC. It is impossible to speak to anyone in the USA. Every contact number is automated with no path to a real person! DO NOT get started with this company! Eventually, they will destroy your life! The irony of an online electronic bill payment service demanding a paper check would be beyond funny if it was not causing me so much time and trouble!
