Bought our tumble dryer with 2 years warranty and extended it to 5. It broke down 23 months after purchase within warranty. Samsung sent engineer they couldn't repair as needed regasing called currys who arranged another engineer who couldn't repair it either.
5 months after we still have no resolution. Please if your reading this take your custom elsewhere because if anything goes wrong they couldn't care less. We have made multiple calls sent over 24 emails and visited the store twice. Latest reply in November confirmed the item was out of warranty when it clearly isn't!
Try hitting your head against a brick wall doesn't get you anywhere but its less painful. How can they get away with this poor customer service?
