My other half bought me a laptop for my birthday as I was studying. Less than 4 months later the hard drive became corrupt. PC world have agreed this and have written the laptop off. They will not send a replacement or a refund, instead they want to send me the laptop that they have written off for me to take it to a local store (nearest one is 20 miles away) to have it exchanged or refunded. This was not purchased from a store it was purchased online. I have spent hours on the phone and keep getting nowhere. I will be taking this further and will be claiming all my calls etc back from them.
Please WHATEVER you do, DO NOT buy from these incompetent idiots who wouldn't know how to deliver Customer Service if it was microchipped into their brains
