I am researching for a camcorder to suit myself and visited my Kingston-upon-Thames branch of P.C.World. I was trying to find some info, when a guy called (I think) Carl, came up to my wife & I, and was particularly help in all aspects. He asked me what was my interest in the use of the camcorder, explained the need, in my view, NOT to have a hardisk or HD. I was particularly interested in the Panasonic (they have a deal for this model of under £200) and did not in my mind, try to sell me anything. I am still doing my research, but I thought this chap was helpfull polite and could not give us enough information. I think this chap needs a pat on the back for service. I will certainly go back to Buy (Not only for a camcorder) Good luck to this chap (I think he may have been the manager or something in a high position.
