Latest on the Currys PC World debacle (remember this?)

They contacted me asking for my details, details of purchase, store, etc. I responded to said email with very low expectations. Guess what? I got the usual automated reply, telling me how important my email is to them and that they aim to respond in 5 days. That was on the 13th Jan ... yeah, they're not going to respond.
