Received a faulty laptop and sent…
Received a faulty laptop and sent straight back via DPD. Was told I would receive a replacement within 48 hours. Rang up several days later to be told that they are no longer stocking that model. Requested a refund but was told that the warehouse had a backlog of items to scan in and I would have to wait an unspecified amount of time until they got around to processing the faulty laptop before issuing a refund - still waiting - PC World have my money and I don't have a laptop. Didn't receive an apology. No offer to find a different laptop for me or offer any sort of deal in order to retain a customer.
