Yet again on hold trying to get through to speak to someone. Received an email and text saying our fridge freezer will be delivered today. Unfortunately after making all the necessary arrangements to have it installed, we received a phone call to say it will not be delivered as they do NOT have it in stock.
Worst customer server ever! My advice. To avoid disappointment buy your products from another company.
Currys do not have the infrastructure or adequately trained staff to be able to deal with your problems.
