I took my desktop to fix at Currys PC, they have made a diagnosis of the problem and chosen a line of action, the hard disk has been changed. Weeks later my computer was not working again, I took it back to the store and they said it was a graphic card problem. I wouldn't mind paying for a new graphic card and a new hard disk at the beginning of the process, but weeks after being fixed only shows that they don't know much about computers and actually don't really care about client's satisfaction. They haven't recognized their mistake and refused to give me a refund. Also,they have been rude to me.
