PC World had to order in mobile phone to be delivered to store which we paid for before hand . was lost by corrier. or so they said .After 2 days we we checked store stock they had 2. we went ro store they wouldn't give us a phone . we had to wait 10 days before it arrived in store . Despite many calls and emails to customer services they werent interested. Made us wait all that time. Was a present for sons birthday.
They refused any offer to give compensation.
I would give pc world No stars if I could.
