I have been a customer a long time I had a pc from them in 2008 and the two occasions I had my pc had to go in it was well dealt with and the staff at knowhow were really nice and couldn't have been more helpful. My pc came back on the 28th march 2015 after they had it for 3 days she is running vista home and she is running like a brand new pc.
So don't treat pc world as totally rubbish because when ever I have needed help they have always been there for me
