Absolutely criminal enterprise. Selling faulty and fake goods. Based in China with a .co.uk address is not right for a start. Goods (Lenovo battery) took 5-6 weeks to arrive (by ship I assume) and was clearly not a real Lenovo battery, even though (under the little black sticker, the Lenovo logo was printed in the Lenovo style. Battery was a cheap knock-off which lasted all of 20 minutes before being flat. I did extensive testing to prove it was the battery before replacing it with something that worked. Tried to work with PayPal for a refund (very poor process) whcih came down to them asking for me to rteturn it to China within 10 days. Couldn't actually confirm the address or ship it - you try airmail shipping for a battery - not allowed in the EU unless fitted to the original equipment! I asked them to send me a pre-paid return label - yes you know they never replied!
