“AVOID at all cost, scamers, ordered the right battery with the right serial number, they sent the wrong one and then come up with all the jumble mumbl that I ordered the wrong Item, so I ended up with a £80 battery that I can't use”
“SCAM.
They sent me a the wrong charger, said it was compatible but it’s useless and does not fit my laptop. Would only refund me if I paid £20 to return the item to China.
I ended up getting a full refund from PayPal. The company is useless and full of scammers that do not abide by UK law.”
“Ordered a charger for my laptop, they sent the wrong one and told me if I wanted to return it I had to pay for shipping to China. Had to go to my credit card company to get a refund AVOID”
“Their real name is Bo Yuan e-commerce; they are a Chinese company selling in the UK as "PCAdapters Depot". They send their products from China. They sent me a charger which didn't work. I emailed them 6 times asking about their return and refund procedure, and for a return address. They refused to give me a return address and instead kept saying that my computer must be faulty or I must have bought the wrong adapter. They insisted I send them photos, measurements, etc, which I did, although they were irrelevant, as the item they sent simply didn't work. After a couple of weeks of fruitless emails and their refusal to accept the item back, or to give me any address, I finally resorted to Paypal. Luckily I'd paid by Paypal, who looked into it, found me the address in China to return the item to, and refunded me the costs of the postage and also the faulty item. I should not have had to resort to this though, the process took weeks and was very time-consuming and stressful. I would definitely avoid this company!”
“They sent wrong item
Told me it was my fault
Said it was up to me to cover return costs to China

“Absolute scam! Ordered a new adapter for my laptop which once it arrived was the wrong size requested to return it which they told me I would have to pay the shipping cost £27 (item cost me £37) then they have the audacity to ask you to mark the value of the item as $1 - $10 to save them being charged custom tax!
Avoid avoid avoid avoid an absolute scam”
“I placed my order on 11/03/24 and received it on 30/03/24. There website is under a UK URL and is shown as if it is a UK based company which it is not. This company is based in China. The website states a delivery time within 7-15days then as soon as you place the order they send an email stating it will be 10-20days. I requested to cancel the order 4 times before it even arrived to me and they replied to all emails refusing. As soon as the order arrives they said 'it arrived in time' which it did not and also said 'I ordered the wrong part' which I did not. They are refusing to pay for the return and shipping to China is ridiculous. This website is a pure scam.”
“First of all I have sent 8 emails across the last 25 days and had 1 reply assking me to repeat what information already went into previous emails.
I bought an adapter that has never been used and in original packing as I found the original one. They show a 30 days refund but you must have it authorisd by them first. I am about to pass the 30 days due to their lack of responce. I am about to contact consumer rights and whatever else i can, they have no other way of contacting on their website other than one email address, im now using a different email incase im blocked by them too.

“All the emails of them sending that tracking number had dissappeared and there is still a couple of days till the deadline of when the charger is going to come . Hopefully it is not a scam.”
“Absolutely criminal enterprise.
Selling faulty and fake goods.
Based in China with a .co.uk address is not right for a start.
Goods (Lenovo battery) took 5-6 weeks to arrive (by ship I assume) and was clearly not a real Lenovo battery, even though (under the little black sticker, the Lenovo logo was printed in the Lenovo style. Battery was a cheap knock-off which lasted all of 20 minutes before being flat. I did extensive testing to prove it was the battery before replacing it with something that worked.
Tried to work with PayPal for a refund (very poor process) whcih came down to them asking for me to rteturn it to China within 10 days. Couldn't actually confirm the address or ship it - you try airmail shipping for a battery - not allowed in the EU unless fitted to the original equipment!
I asked them to send me a pre-paid return label - yes you know they never replied!”
