Absolute scam! Ordered a new adapter for my laptop which once it arrived was the wrong size requested to return it which they told me I would have to pay the shipping cost £27 (item cost me £37) then they have the audacity to ask you to mark the value of the item as $1 - $10 to save them being charged custom tax!
