The product did not work. Also, shortly after purchasing the software and installing it, my personal identity was hacked and used to apply for unemployment benefits with the State of Ohio. Coincidence? Hmmm. I have been trying for nearly a month to obtain a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, PCHS claimed they tried to issue a refund and the transaction failed. My dispute was not successful because the card company claims I didn't provide proper evidence that they said they would issue a refund. I can only put so much time into nthis, and they know that most people are just going to give up.
