“I'm pretty careful about the sites I go to. I've had this computer for 3 years and this is the first time it's needed cleaning. That lasted for 1 or 2 months. By the time I got around to complained about it 3 months and 6 days had passed. My "warranty" had expired 6 days prior. If I were an indiscriminate browser, I would understand. But I don't even use this computer most of the time. I've moved to my laptop. Guess I will go local. This was just handier, but a waste of money. And they wouldn't do anything about it but give me a discount to throw more money at them. NOPE. Fool me once.
Check and see how long after service most of these reviews were written. If it's a couple days, that may tell you something.”
“PC help Cleaner is the worst in Customer Service. I paid my subscription and cannot get the soft ware to work properly. The have done nothing to help me after several requests. The only time you can contact customer service is in the wee hours of the morning, NO HELP. I cancelled my subscription.”

The business hours are from 3 AM to 9 AM… I made four or five phone calls at 3 AM sent several emails put in several support tickets…. “AWFUL !!!! I downloaded their software in order to attempt to fix my EXTERNAL monitor connection. IT completly TOOK down MY laptop. I spent $200 getting it back up again. WE almost had to WIPE the whole machine becuase of the destruction that this software caused.”
“I open the driver app and it shut down my laptop. I called the company for help and was sent an email telling me how to fix the problem. I tried their method, but it didn't work. I then tried calling them back at 2am CST (that's when they take calls in this time zone). After waiting over an hour for customer service to pick up I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Now I'm stuck with a useless laptop and a subscription I'm not able to cancel. This was the worst experience I've had with any customer service. “The product did not work. Also, shortly after purchasing the software and installing it, my personal identity was hacked and used to apply for unemployment benefits with the State of Ohio. Coincidence? Hmmm. I have been trying for nearly a month to obtain a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, PCHS claimed they tried to issue a refund and the transaction failed. My dispute was not successful because the card company claims I didn't provide proper evidence that they said they would issue a refund. I can only put so much time into nthis, and they know that most people are just going to give up.”
“Their website is sneaky and underhand selling you more than you click on. The PC cleaner does not work, if you do two scans one after the other, it finds the same amount of faults to clean the second time, even though it has allegedly cleaned them the first time.
When I complained I had been overcharged and asked for a refund they just ignored me.
This is just a scam and should be avoided at all costs.”
