Called Radwell for a part and was told it would be 6 days to give it time to be tested. It could go out immediately if I paid $350 to expedite. Wonder what kind of test gets done that fast. Seems like a money grab. Called pdf and and got a quick friendly answer, quick confirmation of a part ready to ship, and a quick transaction to get it going. Part came on time, packed well, and in great shape. Will be the first place I look going forward.
