Submiited an online request and did not get a promp reply. after emailing the sales dept. directly I got a reply and they did have my part. A day after it was supposed to ship and after my request for status they said it was labeled wrong but was still functional for my application. I told them it was ok if only the label was different but the inside was fully compatible with my bad unit. Overall good but could respond better. Why have an online website qute request if you dont monitor it and reply timely?
