PDHengineer.com is my go to source for completing continuing ed requirements. The web site is easy to navigate, there's a good selection of courses to choose from, the prices are reasonable, the courses are well run, and the certificates are available immediately after the course concludes. I also really like that they document the individual states that each course satisfies.
